Marble Floor Polishing and scratch removal in Marlow.
These are a few photos from a recent project to polish a Marble floor for a home in Marlow. The floor had recently been installed and had some lippage removed and lots of scratches. The marble tile edges were dull from the lippage removal and the floor needed to be polished to a uniform shine and bring out the stones natural beauty.

We began the job by masking up and protecting the skirting and walls from any splashes.
As the Marble tiles were heavily scratched, we needed to begin by removing the scratches. Scratches were cut out of the marble using a hand grinder to smooth the surface. Once the scratches were removed we could begin polishing the floor.
We used our heavily weighted Rotary floor polisher to work through resin pads to bring out the shine.
After the marble floor had been polished to the required level the floor was flushed thoroughly and buffed. On this job we worked late into the night so unfortunately there was no natural light to really show how great the floor looked.
