Flagstone Floor Cleaning in Chieveley near Newbury in Berkshire. These are Pictures from a recent project to deep clean a flagstone kitchen and hall floor. The client had a concrete based flagstone floor that required cleaning after being laid 20 years ago. The client was looking to sell the house and wanted the floor to look great for potential buyers.
The Kitchen floor hadn’t been professionally cleaned in 20 years and with the help of some doges had a huge build up of dirt on the tile surface and grout joints. The job was to perform a deep clean of the flagstone floor and grout. We then applied an impregnating seal to help keep it looking great.
With the layers of dirty within the lower grout joints and the textured surface we used a combination of tools to tackle this floor cleaning. We used our Oscilitating machine and rotary scrub machine. The floor was also flushed and rinsed with water from our Hot water Extraction machine.
This was a large floor covering a considerable area of the downstairs of the house. The floor was cleaned over two days and then sealed on the third day to keep it looking great. .
